FEAR

Q1: Define fear. #DareToBe
A1. Fear is the uncertainty of the moment #DareToBe

Q2: Name one fear that you believe holds people back. #DareToBe

Q3: It’s normal to have fears. When do they actually become a problem? #DareToBe
A3. Fears become a problem when they interfere with living our daily lives #DareToBe

Q4: What can you ask yourself to determine if a fear is rational or irrational? #DareToBe
A4. Will it physically hurt you? #DareToBe

Q5: Give an example of an irrational fear you have/had. #DareToBe
A5. I am afraid of heights but I can repel off tall rock faces and sides of buildings with no problem #DareToBe

A8. Talk to someone about it. Works for me and it can work for you, as well. #DareToBe

A1. Priority is that what we give any level of importance to #DareToBe

A2. Agree & Disagree. I have to write them down so I don’t forget the not high priority before they become high priority #DareToBe

Q3: What’s a key question to ask yourself when setting priorities? #DareToBe
A3. Deadline. What’s the deadline for this or that. Then urgency kicks in and the rest sorts itself out. #DareToBe

Q4: What are your top three priorities in life? #DareToBe
A4. My Health, My Family, everything else. My health is 1st if I am not good what good am I to others. #DareToBe

A5. Not paying attention to the details is a mistake people make when setting priorities. #DareToBe

A6. One becomes better by trial and error. Lots of trial and lots and lots of error. #DareToBe

A7. More time with my family & friends. Less time doing what I don’t want to do but must do. #DareToBe
