Ego Cashing Checks

This week’s CHART focuses on Your Ego’s Check Cashing Privileges

Another one of those easy to read charts. This week, I am sharing with you the results of a scientific study conducted in 1986 on the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71).

As you can see, this chart depicts the amount of “checks” your EGO writes and the ACTUAL number of checks that you CANNOT cash.

Hopefully, you can extrapolate from all that.

P.S. there was no scientific study in 1986 as I am referring to the scene with Maverick in the Captain’s Quarters in movie TOP GUN.

Who’s Fooling Who?

This week’s CHART focuses on Who Do You Think You Are Fooling.

This is another one of those chart that you really have to pay close attention to.

The left side (Vertical) shows the Number Of People You Think You Are Fooling. At the top is ALL THE PEOPLE and that bottom of that scale is SOME OF THE PEOPLE.

The bottom (Horizontal) shows the ACTUAL Number of People You Are Actually Fooling. The scale from left to right shows LOW number of people to the far right is NONE OF THE PEOPLE.

Only FOOLS believe they can FOOL any number of people. They get the idea that they can fool people from the people they are trying to fool. See no one wants to be fooled.

People are naturally on guard for people trying to pull the wool over their eyes. They see right through you every time. So how do people get away with fooling others?

Simple, those targeted to be fooled usually do NOT want to stir pot, cause problems, start a fight so naturally they submit to the individual that is trying to get one over.

Eventually, enough is enough and for the person used to or allowed to “fool” others the jig is up. It is up because in the end they realize they were fooling no one.

Bell Curve About Advice

This week’s BELL CURVE focuses on Your Quality of Life When You Take Advice

People are quick to offer advice. Those quick to offer advice people are the ones that are at the AVERAGE or BELOW AVERAGE scale of the Bell Curve of Life or the WRONG PEOPLE.

The ones that are at the ABOVE AVERAGE or the RIGHT PEOPLE. The ABOVE AVERAGE usually do NOT volunteer advice. The RIGHT PEOPLE give advice when asked for it.

On a personal note, this can be a difficult challenge to move from BELOW AVERAGE to ABOVE AVERAGE. I know because I am still working on sliding up the scale. One Day, I hope to be up there among the ABOVE AVERAGE but it will take work and I am up to the challenge.
