When it comes to mutual understanding, clarity and brevity is the ONLY way to go

Even if a mutual understanding becomes a reality being clear, concise, and brief is the only route to take. Do not fall victim to emotions when it comes to trying to avoid a mutual understanding. By keeping things simple those that want to over complicate their message will inevitably become too complicated to execute. Brevity and Clarity is better in any kind of argument or negotiation.

UNDERSTANDING – Mutual Understanding is NOT Agree To Disagree. It is also NOT WIN-WIN

When the objective is to execute on your mission, vision, and achieving your goal a mutual understand will NOT make that happen. Ultimately, when it comes to reaching a mutual understanding there can be no AGREE TO DISAGREE nor can there be any kind of WIN-WIN. You want something to happen, never give up and most certainly, never give in!

There May Be Times That The Message of Others Does Not Fall In Line With Who You Are

Never compromise yourself, your value system, your morals and your ethics. You as a leader must always be true to yourself first. If others would rather you compromise yourself because your are “supposed to” well what kind of leaders are they? Seriously, if someone would rather you compromise yourself so they can look good, they are not leaders at all and they are CERTAINLY NOT looking out for your better interest.
