LEADERS NEVER PUT YOUR HEAD IN THE SAND. Never Avoid the Issue. Face it head on. The sooner you address the issue the sooner you can reach an understanding and minimize the chances of reaching a misunderstanding.

When it comes to mutual understanding, clarity and brevity is the ONLY way to go

Even if a mutual understanding becomes a reality being clear, concise, and brief is the only route to take. Do not fall victim to emotions when it comes to trying to avoid a mutual understanding. By keeping things simple those that want to over complicate their message will inevitably become too complicated to execute. Brevity and Clarity is better in any kind of argument or negotiation.
