Do You Know What Your Goals and Dreams Are? (Day 54) by David Guerra

Day 54 of 100 Days of 100 Ways To Rule Your World

DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR GOALS AND DREAMS ARE?

Every so often in life we get asked this question. Maybe not as often as we should be asked. This, I consider one of life’s most important questions.

What you are your Goals and Dreams?

The answer is limitless and that’s what makes it such a powerful question. Do you know what your goals and dreams are? Everyone dreams and everyone has goals but what are yours? Do you know exactly what they are?

If you know what they are then you know how to achieve your goals and make your dreams a reality.

However, if you do not know then maybe it’s about time you found out. Time to put them on paper. Time to write them down. It is said that when you write something it is no longer an idea, it becomes real. It becomes something tangible. It becomes something that needs to be cultivated and allowed to grow.

Go ahead and determine what your goals and dreams are. Then start planning backwards to figure out how to achieve them. Then start working on making them a reality. We are the happiest when we are focused and working on something that is going to be better for us, in the end.

Get to writing, get to work, get to living, and get to winning.

Thank you,
David Guerra

Leave Your Comfort Zone (Day 53) by David Guerra

Day 53 of 100 Days of 100 Ways To Rule Your World

LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE

I know I have previously touched on this subject usually as part of another subject. It is such a great topic that it deserves to stand by itself.

Leaving your comfort zone is something that many of us HAVE TO do when we change jobs, change schools, change relationships.

Rarely is leaving our COMFORT ZONE something we do because we CHOOSE TO do so.

Eleanor Roosevelt (the President’s wife) is credited to have said, “Do one thing every day that scares you.” Talk about leaving your comfort zone.

EVERY DAY and be sure that whatever you do SCARES YOU!

Now that’s SERIOUS!

Leaving the comfort zone on a consistent and deliberate basis has its benefits. It helps lessen your anxiety to change whether it is expected or unexpected. Stepping outside your comfort zone EXPOSES you to new ideas, new ways of thinking, and new ways of seeing things from a different perspective.

Who doesn’t like seeing things from a new point of view or experiencing something new and exciting? Now, I am not saying that you should go out and jump from a balloon that’s 24 miles up in the sky but what I am saying is do something that will at least challenge you.

Before you know it, your comfort zone will be so large that it may eventually be impossible to step out of.

Now, get out there and DO SOMETHING.

Thank you,
David Guerra

Drink Plenty of Water (Day 52) by David Guerra

Day 52 of 100 Days of 100 Ways To Rule Your World

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

All around you a $12 Billion/year industry knows what is good for you. Those $12 Billion come from the bottled water sales. That’s a lot of High Quality H-2-0.

The human body is over 70% water. The human brain consists of over 70%, as well. There is no mention of Dr. Pepper being an essential part of keeping the body hydrated. Diet Coke…uh, well…just forget it there is ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE. Oh sure, Dr. Pepper ® and Diet Coke ® have water in it, but the sugars and other artificial chemicals completely NEGATE the benefits the water in the soft drink may have.

Somewhere between 8 to 10 cups of water every day should do you nicely. It should keep you hydrated enough to keep all your bodily systems operating nominally and in a healthy state.

Put that Dr. Pepper® back in the refrigerator case and instead pour yourself a tall cool glass of H20 (water) and enjoy.

Thank you,
David Guerra
