SELF-LEADERSHIP & SOFT SKILLS – CRITICAL THINKING

In episode 245, David talks about the SOFT SKILL of CRITICAL THINKING.

CRITICAL THINKING is defined as “has been described as an ability to question; to acknowledge and test previously held assumptions; to recognize ambiguity; to examine, interpret, evaluate, reason, and reflect; to make informed judgments and decisions; and to clarify, articulate, and justify positions”.

CRITICAL THINKING is essential as a soft-skill for anyone, especially Current and Future Leaders in that it will go a long way towards gaining a deeper and clearer understanding of any goal, mission or vision in front of you. Having a team of CRITICAL THINKERS will greatly contribute to the continued success of not just the team, but to the organization as a whole.

As a soft skill CRITICAL THINKING can easily be mastered but also involves a lifetime of continual improvement.

Along the way, don’t forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!

And as always, I remind you to GO BEYOND THE GRIND & GO BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER AND A LEADER THAT IS GREAT TO FOLLOW.
