Leaders come in all shapes and sizes. In all organizations leaders permeate the environment. Leaders however cannot last if they do not get support. Support from their leadership, support from their subordinates, and support from their peers. Therefore, knowing that support is critical to sustaining and maintaining leaders, it is your responsibility to ensure those you lead and don’t lead get your support. It is that support that will foster and grow those leaders and empower future leaders. Take a listen to this 11 minute episode.
