When it comes to leadership at the center of all great leaders, all Walking Leaders, is caring. A huge dose of caring and passion. As well as, some compassion, plenty of empathy and a just a drop or two of sympathy. Leaders have to guide many different people and cannot afford to get bogged down in offering sympathy and pity. While leaders should show sympathy, they should not let it consume them. It can be difficult but it can be done. All it takes is a bit of practice, who am I kidding, it will take a lot of practice.
Don’t forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!
