As The Walking Leader, You Must Listen To Understand
It is a LEADER’S intention to ensure that those that follower her must clearly and concisely understood. On the flip side of the relationship between leader and follower is undeniable; the Leader must LISTEN TO UNDERSTAND. Failing to listen to understand is the quickest way for a leader to disconnect from those he is supposed to leading. Once leaders lose their followers the ability to get them back is all but gone. Therefore, all leaders must go out of their way to make listening to understand a top priority.
Take a listen for some solid info to help you develop your ability to listen to understand.
