LISTEN NOW

In this episode, I talk about Learning Those Soft Skills – Conflict Resolution

In this episode, your host, David Guerra, talks about the soft skill known as CONFLICT RESOLUTION and explains why it is an important soft skill to have and use.

Conflict Resolution is a soft skill that is not easily learned and mastered. Conflict Resolution involves a great deal of knowledge, wisdom, critical thinking, and most certainly looking at the “big picture” and determining what will create WIN-WIN situations for all parties involved. The issue here with Conflict Resolution is that you will only get better over time and commitment involved to getting better at resolving issues or conflicts. There is no easy fix when it comes to Conflict Resolution but there is an opportunity to minimize workplace annoyances and create a efficient workplace by helping to remove the conflicts that exist.

Don’t forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!

And as always, I remind you to GO BEYOND THE GRIND & GO BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER AND A LEADER THAT IS GREAT TO FOLLOW.

Please plug in your headphones, sit back and enjoy this 12 minute podcast.
