Re-imagine! by Tom Peters is the one book that has done so much for me and others like me. Those that were hungry for answers to the disruption we suddenly found ourselves in in a Post 9/11 world. Tom Peters is the same guy who brought us MBWA (Managing By Walking Around) and in Re-imagine! he brings a deeper dive into the answers created in the book he co-wrote with Robert Waterman; “In Search of Excellence: Lessons from America’s Best-Run Companies”.
For me, Re-imagine! had me asking questions not just why “things have always been done that way” but “why are things still being done that way?”
I have not stopped asking since. Read Re-imagine! and find out for yourself what I discovered and made me a lifelong fan of Tom Peters. Who knows you might just be asking why and start doing your part to change the answer.
