Converting Self-Leadership?
In episode 213, David continues his 2021 Self-Leadership Series talking about: CONVERTING SELF-LEADERSHIP?
As you work your way to creating a level of Self-Leadership that is no longer just a habit but at the level that it becomes a lifestyle you are converting that self-leadership into something else. Something you may have heard about but not every truly though you were organically doing: Leading By Example. It is through leading by example that you actively walk the talk, you constantly and consistently put you money where your mouth is. Then the only outcome is you are converting that self-leadership into creating, inspiring and motivating others to begin their own self-leadership journey.
As part of any kind of leadership training and professional development you have to ensure that you are not pulling any punches so as not to short change yourself or others. In this leadership development phase of your life you cannot afford to pull punches as that will slowly but surely reveal you are not ready to properly grow as a personal, professional leader. As the Walking Leader, you are tasked to continue to grow and succeed first before you can even consider entering the ring of leadership.
Along your journey do not forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!
