Another luxury leaders do not have, is the ability to pass the buck, to blame others. Taking Ownership of your actions is the number one responsibility for all leaders. Being the first to volunteer taking ownership is by far the best way to go for any leader. While for those future leaders, the ability to take ownership will be difficult at first. However, going forward and through continuous execution, it does get easier over time.
