This is a companion for Teachers and Educators to help your students start and develop the habit of daily journaling.
Journaling provides a safe space for students to express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether it is the excitement of a triumph or the frustration of a setback, a journal becomes a trustworthy confidant.
Journaling becomes your memory. There is an old saying that goes a little something like this, “if it isn’t written down, it didn’t happen.” Thus, journaling, especially daily journaling helps keep things fresh in your mind and it is a tool to help set the record straight. Journaling gives you the opportunity to tell your side of the story.
To help you get things started I have developed a 19-page guide in PDF format to help your Middle School and High School Students get started on Daily Journaling.
In this eBook, I include the following topics:
- The Power of Daily Journaling
- Getting Started
- Journaling Prompts
- Tips for Effective Journaling
- Overcoming Challenges
- Journaling Beyond School
In the bustling world of middle school and high school, where every day brings new challenges and discoveries, maintaining a daily journal can be a transformative habit. This guide aims to empower students with the knowledge and tools needed to embark on a rewarding journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and enhanced well-being through the art of daily journaling. As I am no longer a student, I cannot provide a daily journal example for students, but I can offer some prompts (in the guide).
I invite you fill out the form below, by providing your email address, to get a free copy of this PDF to get your students on the path to Daily Journal writing.
