In this second part of a two part chapter on Making The Jump From Amateur To Professional we continue talking about the component of Discipline and how being disciplined affects the Professional Mindset Individual. The Professional mindset individual looks at discipline as a long term process, almost life long. The Professional knows there are no shortcuts to getting to what they want to achieve and sustain.
FOCUS + DEDICATION + CONSISTENCY = DISCIPLINE
It is through discipline that success is accomplished. Discipline is what makes teams legends, great relationship, people into leaders.
To be disciplined means putting in the work. Putting in the work day in and day out. When it comes to discipline two things are certain:
- There are No Shortcuts to being Disciplined.
- Discipline is ALL about holding Yourself Accountable.
In this 10 minute episode, you will hear David share his perspective on Disciplined Individuals and how they affect themselves and how they can positively & negatively affect a team.
