In this new series, David shares with you the third chapter served in two parts: DISCIPLINE (part 1).
In this first part of a two part chapter on Making The Jump From Amateur To Professional you are introduced to the component of Discipline and how being disciplined differs from the amateur mindset individuals. The amateur mindset individual’s look on discipline is short lived or too difficult and remaining an amateur is the easier path to complacency and mediocrity.
FOCUS + CONSISTENCY = Discipline
It is through discipline that success is made. Discipline is what makes teams legends, great relationship, people into leaders.
To be discipline means putting in the work. Putting in the work day in and day out. When it comes to discipline two things are certain:
- There are No Shortcuts to being Disciplined.
- Discipline is ALL about holding Yourself Accountable.
In this 14 minute episode, you will hear David share his perspective on Disciplined Individuals and how they affect themselves and how they can positively & negatively affect a team.
