I like to take pictures. Most of the images on this website are taken by yours truly. It is very rare that you find me more than arm’s length away from my Canon T3i DSLR camera. I am a long time user of Canon cameras. It was a little over 30 years ago that I purchased my first Canon, a Canon T80 SLR. I got it a little after I arrived in West Berlin Germany. As a US Army soldier stationed in West Berlin, I was able to take some photographs that others were not so easily able to do. Please enjoy.

It was in the Spring of 1987 that I started working with Black and White film (it did not last very long). I occasionally toy with B&W but not as much as I would like. I do believe some day soon, I will try again.

Out in the front yard we have a Bird of Paradise (Caesalpinia). It is that time of the year for it to bloom. It is also loving the recent rains.

The Clock Tower at McNair Barracks. Every day I woke up to this sight and every night I went to sleep with this clock outside my barracks room window.
